Transportation Update <br /> Public Works Director Swearingen reported that pipe work was completed along Highway 51 <br /> at Old Snelling Avenue. He noted MNDOT would be closing northbound Highway 51 on Friday, <br /> May 29 through Monday, June 1 for paving operations. He commented that this project has <br /> experienced some delays due to unforeseen private utility conflicts which was impacting the <br /> project timeline.
