<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Approved: June 3, 2026 <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8, 2026 <br />6:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY HALL <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Chair Collins called to order the regular Planning <br />Commission meeting at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Present were: Chair Joshua Collins, Commissioners Jessica Birken, Brad Bjorklund, Patrick <br />Burlingame, Stephen Erler, Nancy Jacobson and Ben Lindau. <br /> <br />Absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were: Community Development Director Jacob Reilly and Council Liaison Kurt <br />Weber. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA – APRIL 8, 2026 <br /> <br />Commissioner Erler moved, seconded by Commissioner Birken, to approve the April 8, <br />2026, agenda as presented. The motion carried unanimously (7-0). <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />February 4, 2026 – Planning Commission Regular Meeting <br /> <br />Chair Collins noted there was a minor change to the minutes on Page 8. <br /> <br />Commissioner Erler moved, seconded by Commissioner Bjorklund, to approve the <br />February 4, 2026, Planning Commission Regular Meeting as amended on Page 8. The <br />motion carried unanimously (7-0). <br /> <br />Community Development Director Reilly requested the Commission take a five-minute recess <br />to allow staff to address a technology issue. <br /> <br />Commissioner Burlingame moved, seconded by Commissioner Bjorklund, to recess the <br />Planning Commission meeting at 6:35 p.m. The motion carried unanimously (7-0). <br /> <br />Commissioner Burlingame moved, seconded by Commissioner Bjorklund, to reconvene the <br />Planning Commission meeting at 6:48 p.m. The motion carried unanimously (7-0).
