<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 00.18 <br /> <br />Page Two <br /> <br />June 12, 2000 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota that: <br /> <br />1) The City of Arden Hills hereby adopts the attached regulations and procedures for <br />employees in safety sensitive positions as mandated by the Federal Department of <br />Transportation, Federal Highway Administration as outlined in 49 CFR, Part 391, <br />Subpart H and Part 382. In addition, the attached regulations and procedures <br />reflect the conditions and limitations for drug and alcohol testing in the workplace <br />according to Minnesota Statute. <br /> <br />2) The City Administrator is hereby authorized to serve as the City's Anti-Drug <br />Program Manager <br /> <br />3) The City Administrator is hereby authorized to execute an Anti-Drug and Alcohol <br />Plan for the City of Arden Hills; and Associate Member Participation Agreement <br />with the Minnesota Counties Insurance Trust. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THIS 12th DAY OF JUNE, 2000. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> <br />
