<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-38 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING <br />DATA PRACTICES COMPLIANCE OFFICIAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Section 13.05, Subd. 13, requires that the City appoint a City <br />employee to act as its data practices compliance official to receive questions or concerns <br />regarding problems in obtaining access to data or other data practices problems within the City; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council shares the concern expressed by the Legislature about access to <br />City data and wishes to satisfy this concern by immediately appointing a qualified data practices <br />compliance official as required under statute. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that the City appoints the City Administrator to serve as the data practices <br />compliance official to receive questions and concerns regarding problems in obtaining access to <br />data or other data practices problems. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 30th DAY OF OCTOBER, 2000. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
