Chapter 19, Arden Hills Code, requires that employees complete a six (6) month <br />probationary period in order to determine whether or not the employee demonstrates fitness for <br />the position. <br /> <br />Under Section 19-6 (c) of Municipal Code, the City Council shall consider the recommendation <br />of the City Administrator or Department Head as to whether the employee should or should not <br />be made a regular employee. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Staff would recommend the City Council approve the appointment of Ms. Berres as a regular, <br />full-time employee with the City of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />BF/sls <br />
