Approval of Minutes <br />The City Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the April 26, 1999 Regular <br />Couneil Meeting. <br /> <br />2. Consent Calendar <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Claims and Pavroll <br />The City Council is asked to approve vendor claims in the amount of <br />$204,690.51, and payroll for the period most recently ended. The Council <br />should note payment to Lake Country Service Cooperative in the amount <br />of $23,047.13 for health insurance coverage, January through June; to <br />BRW, Inc. in the amount of$21,435.03 for April engineering fees; and to <br />the City ofRoseville in the amount of $110,063.59 for first quarter water <br />purchases. <br /> <br />3. Unfinished and New Business <br /> <br />a. Res. #99-14. Approvin!! Charitable Gamblin!! Premises Permit <br />The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #99-14, approving a <br />Charitable Gambling Premises Permit application for ABW A Lady <br />Slipper Chapter at Flaherty's Arden Bowl. This is a two year permit, <br />which allows for the sale of pull tabs. <br /> <br />b. Plannin!! Case #99-05. Bethel Colle!!e. Site Plan Review <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of Planning Case <br />#99-05, Site Plan, for the purpose of creating additional parking on the <br />Bethel College campus, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />c, <br /> <br />Pav Estimate #1. Forest Lake Contractin!! <br />The City Council is asked to approve Pay Estimate # I in the amount of <br />$55,245.37 to Forest Lake Contracting for work completed on the West <br />Round Lake Road Improvement Project. <br />
