<br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 5 Alcoholic Beverages <br /> <br />place where beer or malt liquor is manufactured; <br /> <br />D. Is not of good moral character; <br /> <br />E. Is or during the period of this license becomes the holder of a federal retail <br /> <br />liquor dealer's special tax stamp for the sale of intoxicating liquor at any place <br /> <br />unless there has also been issued to him or her a local license to sell intoxicating <br /> <br />liquor at such place; or <br /> <br />F. Is not the proprietor of the establishment for which the license is issued. <br /> <br />Subd. 5 Places Ineligible for License. <br /> <br />A. No license shall be granted for sale on any premises where a licensee has been <br /> <br />convicted of the violation of this Chapter, or of the state beer or malt liquor or <br /> <br />liquor law, or where any license hereunder has been revoked for cause until sixty <br /> <br />(60) days has elapsed after the conviction or revocation. <br /> <br />B. No initial license, as contrasted to a renewal license, shall be granted for any <br /> <br />location within fIve hundred (500) feet of any school or any church.
