<br />Section 600 - General
<br />
<br />600.01 Nuisance Defined. For the purposes of this Chapter, the word "Nuisance" is hereby

<br />defIned as any person doing an unlawful act, or omitting to perform a duty, or permitting or
<br />
<br />maintaining any condition or thing to be or exist, which act, omission, condition or thing:

<br />A. Annoys, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, health, morals, peace ,01" safety of

<br />
<br />B. Offends il~!?!ip decency; or

<br />C. Is unreasonably offensive to the senses; or

<br />passage any public or private street, highway, sidewalk, stream, ditch or drainage, pU1:lic
