<br />Subd. 1 Notice to Abate. Whenever a nuisance is found to exist within the City or within
<br />
<br />the City's extraterritorial jurisdiction, the health officer or some other duly designated officer
<br />
<br />of the City shall give nOte (5) .ten (10) days written notice to the owner or occupant of the
<br />
<br />property upon which the nuisance exists or upon the person causing or maintaining the
<br />
<br />nuisance. The notice to abate a nuisance issued under the provisions of this Chapter shall
<br />
