New business. <br /> <br />G. Reports of City Officers. <br /> <br />H. Communications and Miscellaneous business. <br /> <br />In the absence of a Clerk-Administrator, the President shall appoint a Clerk-Administrator Pro Tem. <br />The proceedings of the meeting shall be conducted in accordance with the parliamentary rules <br />contained in Robert's Rules of Order, unless otherwise provided by statute or by these rules. <br /> <br />Section 210 - Mayor and Councilmembers <br /> <br />210.01 Mayor. From and after the passage of this Code, and until otherwise changed pursuant to <br />the law, the salary of the Mayor of the City of Greenfield shall be in the sum of$IOO.OO per month. <br /> <br />210.02 Councilmembers. From and after the passage of this Code, and until otherwise changed <br />pursuant to law, the salaries of the Council of the City of Greenfield shall be in the sum of$50.00 <br />per month. <br /> <br />210.03 Terms of Office. Each councilmember shall serve for a term of four years and until his <br />or her successor qualifies for office. The mayor shall serve for a term of two years and until his <br />or her successor qualifIes for office. <br /> <br />210.04 Elections. Elections shall be held on the fIrst Tuesday following the first Monday of <br />November in each even-numbered year. Two councilmembers shall be elected at each election. <br /> <br />Section 220 - Boards and Commissions <br /> <br />220.01 Planning Commission. The City shall maintain a planning commission as provided for <br />in Chapter 10, "Zoning", of this Code. <br /> <br />220.02 Other. The City may establish such other advisory boards and commissions and it <br />determines necessary to conduct the business of the City. <br /> <br />Section 230 - Abandoned Property <br /> <br />230.01 Motor Vehicles. <br /> <br />Subd. 1 Impoundment and Sale. The City shall take into custody and impound any <br />junked, abandoned, or unauthorized motor vehicle as defmed by Minn. Stat. ~ 168B.Oll and <br />as regulated by Sections 620 and 630 of this Code. It shall give notice of the taking as <br /> <br />2-2 <br />
