<br />F. Switchblade knives, being knives with retractable blades.

<br />Subd. 2 Prohibited Generally. Except as herein specifically authorized, the discharging or

<br />use of deadly weapons within the City is hereby prohibited.

<br />Subd. 3 Aiming Prohibited. . The aiming of any deadly weapon, whether loaded or not, at
<br />
<br />or towards any human being, is hereby prohibited.

<br />Subd. 4 Furnishing to Minors. The selling, giving, loaning, or furnishing in any way of
<br />
<br />any deadly weapon to a minor without the written consent of his or her parents or guardian
<br />
<br />is hereby prohibited.

<br />Subd. 5 Use by Minor. No minor under the age of fourteen (14) years shall handle or have
