All <br /> <br />containers shall be washed and treated with a disinfectant as often as necessary to prevent a <br /> <br />nuisance, The containers shall be kept in an accessible location for collection and shall be <br /> <br />kept in a location on the owner's premises that is as nonconspicuous as practicable from <br /> <br />adjoining premises. <br /> <br />Subd. 5 Collection. <br /> <br />A. Collection Restricted. No person, except a collector duly licensed by the City, shall <br /> <br />collect or in any manner interfere with garbage, refuse, or other mixed municipal waste <br /> <br />placed in containers for collection or interfere in any manner with containers for garbage <br /> <br />or refuse. <br /> <br />B. Arrangement for Service. Each person having garbage, refuse, or other mixed waste <br /> <br />for collection shall. arrange for the collection thereof with a licensed collector and shall <br /> <br />6 -20 <br />
