No person shall operate a snowmobile at a speed in excess of limits specifIcally <br /> <br />posted for such use or at a speed in excess of fIfteen (IS) miles per hour within one <br /> <br /> <br />hundred fifty (ISO) feet of any fIsherman, fIsh house, pedestrian, skier, skating rink, <br /> <br /> <br />sliding area, ski tow area or other area where such operation would conflict with or <br /> <br /> <br />endanger other persons or property. <br /> <br />C. No person shall operate a snowmobile within one hundred fifty (150) feet of any <br /> <br />residence, except at a speed of fIfteen (15) miles per hour or less. <br /> <br />Subd. 10 Swimming: <br />A. No person shall bathe, wade or swim in any open space waters or at any public beach <br /> <br />except in such areas specifIcally designated for such use, and only at such times when <br /> <br />a City or otherwise authorized lifeguard is on duty. <br /> <br />B. No person shall bathe, wade or swim at any beach except when dressed in bathing <br /> <br />attire which is socially acceptable and conducive to water safety. <br /> <br />C. No person using open space waters shall swim outside of the marked area. <br /> <br />D. No person shall bring into or use at any beach any inner tube, life raft or other <br /> <br /> <br />inflatable or buoyant object intended to support a person, except U.S. Coast Guard <br /> <br /> <br />approved life jackets or vests when properly attached. <br /> <br />7 - 25 <br />
