No person shall transport, possess, offer <br /> <br />for sale, consume or be under the influence of any alcoholic or intoxicating beverages in any <br /> <br />open space site. <br /> <br />Subd. 11 Smoking in Enclosed Structures. No person shall smoke a cigarette, cigar, pipe <br /> <br />or any other similar object, or leave lighted matches or tobacco products unattended, in an <br /> <br />enclosed Nilln.2 structure. <br /> <br />Subd. 12 Games.
