Chapter 19, Arden Hills Code, requires that employees complete a six (6) <br />month probationary period in order to determine whether or not the employee demonstrates <br />fitness for the position. <br /> <br />Under Section 19-6 (c) of Municipal Code, the City Council shall consider the recommendation <br />of the City Administrator or Department Head as to whether the employee should or should not <br />be made a regular employee. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Staff would recommend the City Council approve the appointment of Mr. Freyberger as a <br />regular, full-time employee with the City of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />BF/s1s <br />
