<br />Subd. 4 Club. "Club," with respect to the sale of intoxicating liquor shall have the

<br />definition given in Minn. Stat. 340A.10l, Subd. 7, as from time to time amended. This

<br />The difference in definitions between this chapter and the zoning ordinance should not be
<br />
<br />a problem as they appear to be regulating different activities.
<br />
<br />Subd. 5 Drugstore. "Drugstore" shall mean any establishment where drugs are kept,
<br />
<br />compounded, and sold if it is at all times in charge of a registered pharmacist or of a
<br />
<br />registered assistant pharmacist during the temporary absence of the registered pharmacist.

<br />N2k: This is a statutory throw back to the days of prohibition, but basically allows
<br />
<br />drugstores to store alcohol necessary for medicinal purposes.

<br />Subd. 6 Exclusive Liquor Store. "Exclusive Liquor Store" shall mean an establishment

<br />used exclusively for the sale of intoxicating liquor, with the incidental sale of cigars,
<br />
<br />cigarettes, all forms of tobacco, ice, cork extraction devices, books and videos on the use
<br />
