<br />C. False Statements. No person shall make a false statement in an application.
<br />
<br />Providing false information shall be grounds for denial or revocation of the license.
<br />
<br />D. Verification. Every application for the issuance, transfer or renewal of a license
<br />
<br />to sell liquor shall be verified and filed with the City Administrator.
<br />
<br />E. Area Information. Each application for an on sale liquor license shall include
<br />
<br />information, on forms to be provided by the city, setting forth the area of the
<br />

<br />shall be verified by the City Administrator whose report thereon shall be promptly
<br />
<br />submitted to the Council with the application. N2k: City could require scale
<br />
<br />drawing if it wants, but that might be more detailed than necessary. It is in the area
<br />
<br />description, however, that the possible use of outdoor areas such as sidewalks and
<br />
<br />parking lots must be provided for.
