No, 6131.012.03 <br /> <br />Dear Nancy: <br /> <br />The purpose of the proposed ncw auditorium space localed between Buildings E and D is <br />for Guidant meeting on the fumline Campus, Every month the staff in charge of <br />dcvelopment of new products has review meetings where as many as 300 people may meet <br />to discuss pToduct development or new produeJ:s_ The intended purpose ofthis auditorium <br />is to provide space for these internal meetings; it is not intended for use by people not <br />employed by Guidant on the HamJinc Campus. The additional parking required for the <br />auditorium will not be built al this time, <br /> <br />Per your request, Guidant is in the process of legally tying the north parcel 10 their main <br />campus" We have provided proof of parking on the north parcel for approximately 443 <br />spaces, This could replace the 223 spaces being built on the parcel of property on the cast <br />side of Femwood Drive, in case Guidant would ever sell off this property, plus the <br />additional 33 of 100 spaces required but not constructed for the auditorium.
