Amendment to Sect Ion III. D. SubsectIon O. of <br /> <br />said Amended Specl21 Use Permit 1s hereby amended'ln Its en- <br /> <br />tlrety to read as follows: <br /> <br />41) <br /> <br />110. Effectlve November 14, 1977, Permltee <br />shall be allowed to offer the remaIning <br />105 lots for occupllney subject, however, <br />to the fol lowing Items of Improvements be- <br />Ing completed and Inspected and approved <br />by the proper city officIals no later than <br />June 3D, 1978: <br /> <br />I.. The Installation of bases Zlnd <br />benches and minor leveling of <br />InfIeld In ball park; <br /> <br />2. Installation of fenctng around <br />the tennIs and besketbal I courtst <br />and along State Trunk Highway #96; <br /> <br />3. Installation of the swimmIng pool; <br /> <br />4. Sodding of the unoccupied lots <br />as they become occupied except <br />during wlnter months; and <br /> <br />5.
