Permitee shall complete the park before the last 100 home <br />sites are permitted to be occupied. <br /> <br />Permitee is hereby granted a variance from this section. subject <br />to the following provisions: <br /> <br />1. Permitee shall establish,and maintain a ZOfoot deep landscaped <br />area around perimeter of e,ntire mobile home park. <br /> <br />Z. Permitee shall screen the storage areas with fencing. <br /> <br />3. Permitee shall install a 5 foot fence along the entire boundary <br />line of the park abutting Highway 96. <br /> <br />4. Permitee shall grade the slope along the east' property line <br />and sod or seed the sarne with gras s. <br /> <br />5. Permitee shall landscape, after completion of the first 5:3 <br />lots, the next 47 lots before occupancy shall be permitted on <br />said 47 lots. <br /> <br />Permitee is hereby granted a variance from 30 foot wide roads <br />required in this section; and the road 8 of Z6 feet hereby constructed <br />are approved. All roads are to be completed (i. e. curbs insta.l1ed <br />and roadway paved) before occupancy of any lots beyond firat53 <br />is permitted. <br /> <br />Permitee is hereby granted s variance from 48 inch wide side- _ <br />walks and is permitted a sidewalk width of 36 inches. as constructed. <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br />.' <br />.<~ <br />~ <br />
