The contractor seaIcoated Valentine Lake Road, <br />Briar Knoll Drive, Briar Knoll Circle, Keithson Drive, Arden View Court and Arden View <br />Dri ve. The existing striping on Valentine Lake Road was protected during the seaIcoating <br />process by the use of tape installed by the Contractor. City staff removed the tape following <br />seaIcoating operations. Pay request #1 is the first and final payment for the work. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />The Arden Hills City Engineer recommends Council approve pay request #1 (final payment) in <br />the amount of $25,635.48 to Allied Blacktop.
