She noted that staff will be <br />including this item in a future Planning Commission meeting agenda. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sand asked if McCombs, Frank, Roos Associates, Inc. were aware of the concept <br />and overall master planning previously accomplished by another consultant. Ms. Randall stated <br />that the firm was aware of a large portion of this concept. <br /> <br />With regard to the Josephine East, LLC development on Shoreline Lane, Ms. Randall stated that <br />the developer had signed the agreement paid for the escrow's and bonds and are ready to proceed <br />with the development. <br /> <br />With regard to the Bethel College Planning Case #99-10, Ms. Randall stated that the City <br />Council has approved a site plan with a 25 foot wide driveway with a 90 degree angle turn-in. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem stated that there have been discussions regarding the Year 2000 budget and <br />Capital Improvement Plan. She noted that Mr. Fritsinger and Mr. Ringwald have both resigned <br />from the City and Mr. Post will fill in as Interim City Administrator. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem stated that the City Council approved the resurfacing of the Hazelnut Park <br />hard court play areas. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem stated that the Maintenance Facility will be fenced in order to secure the <br />trucks. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem stated that the City Council approved the Josephine East, LLC site plan <br />subject to completion of certain conditions. Some requirements must be completed within the <br />next 24 months, including the acquisition of land from the two property owners to the south for <br />access. <br /> <br />Counci1member Rem stated that the City Council had been discussing an Ordinance related to <br />sump pump connections to the sanitary sewer lines. The sump pump inspections have been <br />approved in conjunction with the water meter replacement program. The concern was for <br />increased flow of rain water into the sewage treatment plant and the increased cost in treatment. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem stated the City Council approved an increase in the sanitary sewer repair <br />budget to provide for the lining of sewer lines at the Old Highway 10 and County Road E2 <br />intersection to prevent infiltration. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem stated that the new intersection at West Round Lake Road and Highway 96 <br />will be open in September. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem stated that the Parks and Recreation Department has been discussing the <br />reconfiguration of the Arden Manor Mobile Home Park. The City Council approved the <br />Department seeking for this project. The discussions on how to pay for this reconstruction was <br />still pending. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem stated that at new City Administrator may be hired and begin work by <br />December I, 1999. <br />
