<br />Deadline for Agency Actions. The City of Arden Hills received the completed <br />application for this request on July 27, 1999. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the <br />City must act on this request by Friday, September 24, 1999 (60 days), unless the City <br />provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day review period. The <br />additional review period would extend to Tuesday, November 23, 1999. The City may <br />with the petitioners consent, extend the review period beyond the Tuesday, November 23, <br />1999 date. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Lastly, if the City denies the petitioner's request, "...it must state in writing the reasons for <br />the denial at the time that it denies the request." <br /> <br />Recommendations. The Planning Commission recommends approval of Planning Case <br />#99-14, Side Yard Setback Variance (5 feet proposed, when 10 feet is required) for an <br />attached garage and house addition as requested, based the following: <br /> <br />.
