The Council will be using the thrust stage, as <br />in 1997 and 1998, <br /> <br />City Materials <br />Staffis in the process of updating department fact sheets and other documents for the Town <br />Hall meeting, At this time, there are not any real new documents proposed to be utilized. If the <br />Council has any other suggestions, please let us know. <br /> <br />"Hot" Topics <br />There are several "hot" topics and issues which will be emphasized as part of the presentations <br />and City tables. Those include the items detailed below: <br /> <br />a. City Hall <br />Elevations, color renderings, and site plan will be available. <br /> <br />b. Tony Schmidt Park <br />The proposed Master Plan will be available for public comment. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan Update <br />The adopted Plan and several maps will be available for review. <br /> <br />d. Bethel College Park <br />The concept plan will be available for review and comment. <br /> <br />e. Highway 96 <br />A description of the project and reduced plans will be available. <br /> <br />f. Philosophy Statement <br />The philosophy statement will be incorporated into all promotional and <br />advertising products. <br /> <br />Requested Action <br />The City Council is asked to comment on the items prepared for the Town Hall meeting, and <br />give any last minute direction it may have. Specifically, the Council may want to discuss what, <br />if any, role committee members should play in the Meeting. <br /> <br />BF/sls <br />
