The project site will include <br />approximately ]05 acres of business park, office and commercial uses, 46 acres of medium <br />density residential uses, ]0 acres of recreational area and 55 acres for wetlands, ponds, and <br />scenic easements, A total of ] ,293,000 gross square feet of commercial and industrial land use is <br />proposed, together with 304 attached residential units. The proposed project includes the <br />construction of Rice Creek Parkway, a new north-south collector connecting County Road I and <br />County Road J.
