<br />CITY OF ARDEN mLLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />.sTATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-07 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DELAYING ACTION ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WEST ROUND <br />LAKE ROAD (pHASE II) AND AUTHORIZATION FOR FUND CARRY OVER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council had adopted Resolution # 98-63 receiving tlJe Preliminary Report <br />in the matter of improvements to West Round Lake Road (phase II) at its October 13, 1998 City <br />Council Meeting, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at that meeting elected to proceed with tlJe project according to <br />rules of Chapter 429 of the Minnesota Statutes governing Local Improvements, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, upon furtlJer review of costs associated with the improvement of West Round Lake <br />Road (phase II), and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the likelihood of furtlJer development of the Gateway Business District in the near <br />future exists, which may cause alterations to the plan proposed in the Preliminary Report. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota tlJat: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />I) The 1999 Street Improvement of West Round Lake Road (phase II) be delayed until a <br />future date. <br /> <br />2) Funds procured to this point for the improvement of West Round Lake Road be carried <br />over to tlJe time at which the improvement proceeds and be used along with any <br />additional funding available for improvements to West Round Lake Road (phase II). <br /> <br />3) Property owners abutting the project area of West Round Lake Road be notified oftlJe <br />project delay. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN mLLS <br />THIS 25m DAY OF JANUARY, 1999. <br /> <br />DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />BRIAN FRITSINGER, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />e <br />
