Approval of Minutes <br />The Authority is asked to approve the Minutes of the January 25, 1999 Regular Meeting <br />of the Economic Development Authority (EDA). <br /> <br />2. Unfinished and New Business <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Authorization to Purchase In~kiewicz PropertY <br />The Authority is asked to approve the Purchase Agreement between the City of <br />Arden Hills and George and Eleanor Indykiewicz, substantially in the form <br />presented, subject to nonsubstantial changes being approved by the City Attorney <br />and City Adrninistrator/EDA Secretary; and authorize the President and Secretary <br />to execute all necessary documentation; subject to conditions. <br />
