AnprovalofMinntes <br />The City Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the February 8, 1999 and February <br />22, 1999 Regular Council Meetings, and the February 16, 1999 Council Worksession. <br /> <br />2. Consent Calendar <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Claims and Payroll <br />The City Council is asked to approve vendor claims in the amount of $67,983.74 <br />and payroll for the period most recently ended. The Council should note payment <br />to BRW, Inc. in the amount of $17,324.39 for engineering services; and to <br />Teamworks International in the amount of$1,375.00 for facilitating the 1999 <br />CounciI/Departrnent Head Retreat. <br /> <br />b. 1999 Business License Renewals <br />The City Council is asked to approve the renewal of additional 1999 Business <br />Licenses, subject to receipt and verification of all final insurance and related <br />documentation. <br /> <br />3. Unfinished and New Business <br /> <br />a. Res #99-11 . TIF District No.1. Round Lake Housing District <br />The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #99-1 1, acknowledging the <br />expiration of tax increment financing district No.1 of the City of Arden Hills. The <br />decertification of this district is the result of the district reaching its maximum <br />duration allowed by Minnesota State Statute and all of the goals of the district <br />being accomplished. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Res. #99-07. West Round Lake Road. Phase I <br />The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #99-07, accepting bids and <br />authorizing execution of contract in the matter of the improvement of West Round <br />Lake Road, phase 1. With the agreement on the purchase of the Indykiewicz, staff <br />would recommend proceeding with the Phase I project. <br />
