The <br />motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />MISCEI,LANEOUS ITEMS <br /> <br />President Probst commented on the land value of the Vaughan property which he believes is <br />rather low and suggested an inquiry to Ramsey County regarding the value. <br /> <br />Mr. Ringwald explained that the development activities of Gateway property has increased the <br />valuations and per square footage costs.
