I <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDERlROI ,I, CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the regular <br />City Council meeting at 7:3 I p.m. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Dennis Probst, Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, Gregg <br />Larson, Paul Malone and Lois Rem. <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Also present were City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger; Assistant to the City <br />Administrator, Kevin Ringwald; City Accountant, Terrance Post; Associate Planner, <br />Nancy Randall; City Attorney, John Miller; and Recording Secretary, Lori Rolfson. <br /> <br />ADOPT AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Probst noted that a revised agenda had been received which postponed the Finance <br />Committee presentation, item B ofUnfrnished and New Business. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Malone seconded a motion to <br />adopt the agenda for the February 22,1999, regular City Council meeting, as <br />revised. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />APPROVAl, OF MINUTES <br /> <br />There were no minutes available. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Claims and Payroll <br />B. Receive the 1998 Treasurers Report <br />C. Probationary Appointment, Pamela Sweeney <br /> <br />MOTION: Councihnember Malone moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar and authorize execution of all necessary <br />documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />PUBUC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Probst invited those present to come forward and address the Council on any items not <br />already on the agenda. There were no public comments. <br />
