Jay Bros. low bid was $69,593.00. Payment #1 <br />for $21, 420.41 was approved by the City Council on January 25, 1999. <br /> <br />Project Status <br />The contractor has completed the installation of the lift station pumps and electrical equipment <br />and the lift station is operational. <br /> <br />Remaining work on this project includes site grading and clean-up. <br /> <br />Recommendations <br />The Arden Hills City Engineer recommends the Council approve Pay Estimate #2 for Jay Bros., <br />Inc. of Forest Lake, Minnesota in the amount of$39,253.00. A retainage of5% is being held for <br />the project. <br />
