CUy ....w.~ <br /> <br />City Hall Bid Results <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Background <br />The City received bids for the construction of the new City Hall on Thursday, March 11, 1999. <br />Bids were received from nineteen (19) bidders, with base bids ranging from $2,445,500 to <br />$3,000,000. <br /> <br />The bid included: <br /> <br />. Base bid for project <br />. Alternate to delete community room work <br />. Alternate to substitute brick for stone masonry <br /> <br />The low bidder was CM Construction, Inc. Subsequent conversation with the contractor resulted <br />in their withdrawal of bid.
