(Mr. Bachman's land is now
held in trust for his children, with no interest in developing even if they could.) The city map as it is
now, would force Mr. Bachman to develop his land only one way, because the proposed road would
divide his properly.

With our option the neighborhood to the South could retain their dead-end street (The Cul-de-Sac
would however create and provide an adequate turnaround.)

3.) With our option the neighborhood to the North and South would retain their quiet and peaceful
setting. The city plan has a street South to North that would increase traffic in the neighborhood and
would be strongly opposed by the neighbors.

I.)

2.)

4.)

The new street would cause concerns with the homeowners concerning children playing out in the
front and backyard of all five new lots. Both traffic and security are issues with the new and existing
neighbors.

Our option would have five building sites that would far exceed the minimum square footage
requirement of the city. The city plan has four lots to the East of the proposed road all of which
would be under size in square footage requirements. Our lots with the Cul-de-Sac would be
consistent in size and price with the neighbors. These home sites would be compatible with a quality
neighborhood development pattern.

RECEIVED
FEB 1 , 1999

ClW Of AlIUttt diLLS
