ADDroval of Minutes <br />The City Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the March 29,1999 Regular Council <br />Meeting, and the March 29 and AprilS, 1999 Special Council Worksessions, <br /> <br />2. Consent Calendar <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Claims and Pavroll <br />The City Council is asked to approve vendor claims in the amount of $97,696,92, <br />and payroll for the period most recently ended, The Council should note payment <br />to GME Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $9,742.10, for environmental testing <br />for the new City Hall; and to Ramsey County in the amount of$52,304, for <br />March Law Enforcement services, <br /> <br />b. 199 Business License Renewals <br />The City Council is asked to approve the various 1999 business licenses <br />identified, With the approval of these licenses the city now only has two (2) <br />outstanding 1999 licenses. <br /> <br />3. Unfinished and New Business <br /> <br />a. Buildin2 InsDector At!:reement <br />The City Council is asked to approve the Memorandum of Understanding for a <br />shared Building Inspector with the City of Shoreview, and authorize the City <br />Administrator to execute such document. <br /> <br />b. Ord. #313. Emer2encv ODerations Plan <br />The City Council is asked to adopt Ordinance #313, An ordinance relating to the <br />Arden Hills Emergency Operations Plan and direct staff to publish the proposed <br />ordinance, <br />
