The requested subdivision and variance request will allow the buildings <br />to stand alone with respect to ownership and financing, notwithstanding the common wall shared between the <br />two buildings. Easements as may be necessary for utilities, access and parking between the two sites will be <br />created by a declaration of easement which will be prepared and submitted to the City shortly. <br /> <br />Feel free to contact the undersigned in the event you have questions or require further information.
