Surplus <br />parking areas may be utilized for future <br />development. <br /> <br />Park Dedication. The park dedication requirement <br />for Pareels A-l, A-2, and B, or any future <br />resubdivision of such pareels, shall be satisfied <br />by the conveyance of the Parkland (Exhibit 2) and <br />by conveyance of pe%1llAnent parking and access <br />easements over portions of Parcels A-l andA-2 as <br />shown on Exhibit 4./ <br /> <br />Sianaae.
