<br />Section 13.5-10. Other Illegal Acts. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Unless otherwise provided, the following acts shall be a violation of this Chapter. <br /> <br />(a) IlIel!'a1 Sales. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or otherwise provide a <br />tobacco product, or a tobacco related device to a minor. <br /> <br />(b) Illegal Possession. It shall be unlawful for a minor to have in his/her possession a <br />tobacco product, or a tobacco related device. This subdivision shall not apply to <br />minors lawfully involved in a Compliance Check. <br /> <br />(c) Illegal Use. It shall be unlawful for a minor to smoke, chew, sniff or otherwise <br />use a tobacco product or tobacco related device. <br /> <br />(d) Ille~a1 Procurement. Except as it relates to minors lawfully engaged in a <br />compliance check, it shall be unlawful: <br /> <br />(1) for a minor to purchase or attempt to purchase or otherwise obtain, a <br />tobacco product or a tobacco related device. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />for a person to purchase or otherwise obtain a tobacco product or a tobacco <br />related device on behalf of a minor. <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />for a person to coerce or attempt to coerce a minor to illegally purchase or <br />otherwise obtain or use a tobacco product or a tobacco related device. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />(e) Use of False Identification. It shall be a violation of this ordinance for any minor <br />to attempt to disguise his or her true age by the use of a false form of <br />identification whether the identification is that of another person or one on which <br />the age of the person has been modified or tampered with to represent an age older <br />than the actual age of the person. <br /> <br />Section 13.5-11. Administrative Fine, Suspension or Revocation. <br /> <br />Any violation of the City's regulations relating to the issuance of a tobacco product <br />license or of any condition/restriction attached to the issuance of such license shall be <br />cause for the imposition of an administrative fme, suspension of the license or revocation <br />of the license pursuant to the procedures described herein. A licensee whose license has <br />been revoked shall not be eligible for another tobacco product license for one (1) year <br />from the date of license revocation. If the violation relates to the sale of a tobacco <br />product or a tobacco related device to a minor by licensee or licensee's employees, the <br />following administrative fines, suspensions or revocations shall be imposed: <br /> <br />e <br />
