Approval of Minutes <br />The City Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the May 24,1999 Regular and the <br />June 7,1999 Special Council meetings. <br /> <br />2. Consent Calendar <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Claims and Pavroll <br />The City Council is asked to approve vendor claims in the amount of <br />$136,597.13, and payroll for the period most recently ended. The Council should <br />note payment to BRW, Inc, in the amount of$27,630.12 for May engineering <br />services; and to Ramsey County in the amount of$38,207.00 for May law <br />enforcement. <br /> <br />b. Pav Estimate #2. Forest Lake Contractinl!: <br />The City Council is asked to approve Pay Estimate #2 in the amount of <br />$123,367.27 to Forest Lake Contracting for additional work to-date, A retainage <br />of five percent (5%) is being held. <br /> <br />c. Business License Application <br />The City Council is asked to approve the 1999 Business License for Java Jungle. <br />3151 Lake Johanna Blvd, <br /> <br />3. Unfinished and New Business <br /> <br />a. Planninl!: Case #99-08. John Woitas. 1535 Oak Avenue. Street Vacation <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of Planning Case #99-08 <br />for the vacation of the excess right-of-way for Oak Avenue. subject to recording <br />the vacation with Ramsey County. The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution <br />#99-18 entitled, "Vacating a Portion of the Oak Avenue Right-of-Way. <br />
