The City Council may suspend for a period not exceeding sixty (60) <br /> <br /> <br />days, or revoke any license issued under this Code whenever the licensee, its owner, manager <br /> <br /> <br />or employees or agents of the licensee have engaged in any of the following conduct: <br /> <br />A. Fraud, deception or misrepresentation in connection with the securing of the license; <br /> <br />B. Conduct adverse to the interests of public health, safety. welfare or morals; <br /> <br />C. Conduct involving moral turpitude; <br /> <br />D. Conviction of an offense involving moral turpitude by any court of competent <br /> <br />jurisdiction; <br /> <br />E. Conviction of an offense which relates to the conduct of the licensed business, <br /> <br />occupation, or activity. <br /> <br />F. Violation of any provision of this Code or any other federal, state or local law , rule <br /> <br />3-5 <br />
