Community Reoresentations <br />As City Administrator, I've attended a variety of meetings representing the City this <br />past month, including TUG; 1-35W Corridor Coalition; Rotary; North Suburban <br />Cable Commission; North Suburban Tobacco Compliance; Joint Fire Board; NSP; <br />and MnDOT. <br /> <br />. "i!!hwav lOlHi!!hwav 96IMNDOT Imorovements <br />Staff met with Ramsey County and MnDOT officials to work on the design for the <br />Highways 10196 interchange. <br /> <br />. City Hall <br />The temporary City Hall was retrofitted by closing off a wall near the lunchroom. <br /> <br />. Parks Director Position <br />Continue to participate in Parks and Recreation activities as Mr. Moore trains our <br />Recreation Program Supervisor and works into his role as Parks and Recreation <br />Director. <br /> <br />. Recreation Pro!!ram Suoervisor Position <br />Met with Parks and Recreation staff to streamline the hiring process and record <br />keeping for temporary part-time employees in the PIR department. <br /> <br />. Park Develooment <br /> <br />. Bethel Park <br />Staff has continued to have occasional meetings with Bethel College <br />representatives about the proposed park project. <br /> <br />. Arden Manor Park <br />Staff has worked with the City's Consulting Engineers, BRW, to revise the plan <br />for Arden Manor Park. In addition, staff completed research into the potential <br />contamination of the pond located within the park. <br /> <br />. County Road F/Hamline Avenue Trail Grant <br />Staff worked with Minnesota Department of Natural Resource officials on the <br />County Road F Trail Grant, and the subsequent decision to proceed with the trail <br />along the west side of Round Lake. <br />
