The annual fee for a business license shall be such fee as is <br /> <br />established from time to time in a resolution adopted by the Council. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />. <br />1 <br />1 <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />B. Personal Service License. The annual fee for a masseur or masseuse license shall be <br /> <br />such fee as is established from time to time in a resolution adopted by the Council. <br /> <br />c. Refundable. Upon denial of an application for a license, the City shall promptly refund <br /> <br /> <br />to the applicant the amount paid. No other refunds shall be made. <br /> <br />D. License Year. Any license issued under this Subsection shall be effective for the <br /> <br />calendar year and shall thus expire on December 31 of each year unless previously <br /> <br />revoked. <br /> <br />Subd. 7 License Renewals. <br /> <br />A. Necessity for Application. The licenses required under this Subsection shall be valid <br /> <br />for the calendar year only. Accordingly, application must be made each year for a new <br /> <br />license for the ensuing calendar year. <br /> <br /> <br />B. Manner and Type of Application. A licensee seeking to renew a business or personal <br /> <br />service license issued hereunder shall make application in the manner and with the type <br /> <br />of application relating to original applications. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />3 - 52 <br />
