Refuse Receptacles. Any establishments licensed hereundef shall at all times be <br /> <br />equipped with adequate tfash receptacles which shall be emptied on a regular and <br />recurring basis. <br /> <br />4. Display of License to Operate. The license to operate the establishment shall be <br /> <br />pfominently in public display on the pfemises at all times dUfing the hours of its <br />operation. <br /> <br />5. HOUfS of Operation. The licensed premises shall not be open for business nor shall <br /> <br />patrons be permitted on the premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m, and 8:00 a.m. <br /> <br />of the succeeding day. <br /> <br /> <br />6. Occupancy or Guest Register. The licensee shall be responsible for maintaining <br /> <br />an occupancy Of guest registef by which each patfon of the sauna, rap or massage <br /> <br />parlor must registef his Of hef name, age, address and phone number, and each <br /> <br />licensee, Of pefson in his or her employ, shall require each patron to furnish <br /> <br /> <br />identification describing and identifying his Of her correct name, age, address and <br /> <br /> <br />phone number. Such occupancy Of guest register shall be available for inspection at <br /> <br /> <br />all times by officers, employees or agents of the City or any othef agency Of political <br /> <br />subdivision of the State of Minnesota or United States Government. Occupancy or <br /> <br /> <br />guest registers must be kept by the licensee for a period of not less than two (2) years <br /> <br />aftef all of its pages have been filled. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />3 - 64 <br />
