No employee or agent authorized to <br /> <br />issue a summons under this subsection shall be authorized to arrest or otherwise take an alleged <br /> <br />violator into custody or to secure a promise to appear in court in lieu of arrest. The employees <br /> <br />or agents who shall be authorized to issue summonses under this subsection shall be as follows: <br /> <br />a. Building Inspector <br />b. Fire Chief and Assistant Fire Chief <br />c. Community Service Officer <br />d. Health Officer <br />e. Plumbing Inspector <br />f. Mechanical Inspector <br />g. Electric Inspector <br /> <br />h.
