Chapter 169 of Minnesota Statutes, as <br /> <br />amended is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this Code as if set out here in full. <br /> <br />800.02 Penalty. Any violation of Chapter 169, commonly referred to as the Highway Traffic <br /> <br />Regulation Act, which occurs within the limits of the City shall be a violation of this Chapter.
