Any violation of the statutes and <br /> <br />regulations adopted by reference in Subd. 1 shall be considered a violation of this Section <br /> <br />of the Arden Hills Code when it occurs within the limits of the City. It shall be the intent of this Section to supplement the laws of this State <br /> <br />with respect to the operation of recreational motor vehicles, in particular, and Chapters 168 <br /> <br />through 171 of Minnesota Statutes, as amended, in general. This Section shall not be <br /> <br />intended to allow what the State Statutes prohibit nor to prohibit what the State Starntes <br /> <br />expressly allow. <br /> <br />Subd, 4 Definitions. For the purposes of this Section, the following words and phrases <br /> <br />shall have the meaning respectively ascribed to them: <br /> <br />A. All-Terrain Vehicle. "All-Terrain Vehicle" shall mean an off-road vehicle or <br /> <br />motorized flotation-tired vehicle of not less than three (3) low pressure tires, but not <br /> <br />more than six (6) tires, that is limited in engine displacement to less than eight <br /> <br />hundred (800) cubic centimeters and total dry weight of less than six hundred (600) <br /> <br />pounds. <br /> <br />8- 7 <br />
