<br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 10 Utilities <br /> <br />Council. <br /> <br />Subd. 3 Hydrant Fee. The owner of a parcel of improved residential property, any portion <br /> <br /> <br />of which is located within four hundred (400) feet of a fire hydrant, shall also pay the <br /> <br /> <br />quarterly demand or standby charge as is established from time to time by resolution <br /> <br /> <br />adopted by the City Council, even though the property is not connected to the municipal <br /> <br /> <br />water system. . Similarly, the owner of any parcel of improved or nonresidential property, <br /> <br /> <br />any portion of which is located within four hundred (400) feet of a City fire hydrant, shall <br /> <br /> <br />pay the quarterly demand or standby charge as is established by a resolution adopted from <br /> <br />time to time by the City Council. <br /> <br />Subd. 4 Payment of Charges. Statements for total water charges for the preceding <br /> <br />quarterly period shall be mailed by the City Administrator to each customer on or before <br /> <br />the twentieth day of January, April, July and October of each year. Such statements shall <br /> <br /> <br />be due on the last day of the month following the quarterly period covered by the statement. <br /> <br /> <br />Any prepayment or overpayment of charges may be retained by the City and applied to <br /> <br /> <br />subsequent quarterly statements. <br /> <br />Subd. 5 Delinquency Penalties and Collection of Delinquent Charges. <br /> <br />A.
