Authorized City employees shall have free access to premises <br /> <br />connected with the water system at reasonable hours of the day for the purpose of reading <br /> <br />and inspecting meters. <br /> <br />Subd. 7 Compound Meters. Where a potable water service line larger than two (2) inches <br /> <br /> <br />is installed or where flows are sufficiently large in the opinion of the commissioner to <br /> <br /> <br />require a meter larger than two (2) inches, the occupant or owner of the subject premises <br /> <br />shall cause to be furnished and installed a compound meter consisting of dual integral <br /> <br />measuring elements for high and low flow rates. The type and manufacturer shall be as <br /> <br />designated by the commissioner. <br /> <br />Subd. 8 Fire Protection System. Where a service line is installed to serve, in total or in <br /> <br />part, a private fIfe protection system, the owner or occupancy of the premises shall cause <br /> <br />to be furnished and installed on the line serving such purpose an approved detector <br /> <br />check-type meter, approved as to make by the cornrnissioner. <br /> <br />Subd. 9 Water Meter Setting.
