<br />Administrator Comments for the July 26, 1999 Council Meeting <br />Page Four <br />July 23,1999 <br /> <br />. County Road F/Hamline Avenue Trail Grant <br />Staff notified Minnesota Department of Natural Resource officials on the County <br />Road F Trail Grant, that the City Council was respectfully declining the grant <br />funds. Staff had, prior to this decision, sought a transfer by the DNR to funding <br />for the trail extension on the west side of Round Lake, but this was not acceptable <br />to the DNR. <br /> <br />. Personnel <br />Staff finalized the seasonal/part-time employee hiring procedures and provided these <br />to the parks and public works department. <br /> <br />We held the annual summer picuic for all City employees. The picnic is a potluck and <br />paid for by the employees. <br /> <br />Prepared several performance evaluations, which will be completed in August. <br /> <br />.
