The lessee shall put no signs or notices on any walls or other surfac~s <br />inside or outside the building without consent of the lessor. Lessor shall have the right to'remove <br />all other signs without notice to the lessee at lessee's expense. Permission will not be withheld <br />for necessary signs. Progressive game numbers must be posted uniformly. <br /> <br />14. Fire Hazard. The lessee shall not do or permit anything 10 be done in the premises or bring or <br />keep anylhing therein which will in any way increase the rate of fire insurance on the premises, <br />or property kept therein, Or obstruct or interfere with the rights of other lessees. or in any W3Y <br />injure or unreasonably annoy them, or conflict with the laws relating to fire, or with any <br />regulations of the fire department, or with any insurance policy upon said premises. or conl1ict <br />with any rules and ordinances of the local Board of Health or any other goye,mmen\al body. <br /> <br />15. Contractors. All lessees shall refer all contractors, contractors' representatives. and <br />installation technicians tendering any service related to building improvements, services or <br />operations to lessor for lessor's supervision, approval and control before any performance of any <br />contractual services. This provision shall apply to all work performed in the building, including. <br />but notlimiled to. installation of telephones, telegraph equipment, electrical devices and <br />3ttachments, and any and all installations of every nature affecting I1oors, wal\s. woodwork. trim. <br />windows. ceilings. equipment and any other physical portion of the building. <br /> <br />16. l.JLs.LQr Stolen Property.
