The preliminary plan shall be clearly and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />legibly drawn. The size of the map shall not be less than twelve (12) inches by eighteen (18) <br /> <br />inches. All subdivision maps shall be drawn at a scale of one inch equals one hundred (100) feet, <br /> <br />unless otherwise required by the City Council. <br /> <br />The preliminary plan shall contain the following information: <br /> <br />Subd. I Identification and Description: <br /> <br />A. Proposed name of subdivision, which name shall not duplicate or be alike in <br /> <br />pronunciation or deceptively similar to the name of any plat theretofore recorded <br /> <br />in the county. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />12 - 8 <br />
