If the subdivider requests that any existing special assessments which have been levied <br /> <br />against the premises described in the subdivision be divided and allocated to the respective <br /> <br /> <br />lots in the subdivision plat, the City &istrator shall estimate the clerical cost of <br /> <br /> <br />preparing the revised assessment roll, filing the same with the County Auditor, and making <br /> <br />such division and allocation, and upon approval by the Council of suelt-li):estimated co!iH <br /> <br />the ~:sha1l be paid to the City treasurer in addition to the fet$::t~~ mea~ <br /> <br />in Subparagraph B. above, to cover the cost of preparing and filing sueh-ijlklrevised <br /> <br />assessment. <br /> <br />12]0.02 Necessary Data for Preliminary Plan. The preliminary plan shall be clearly and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />legibly drawn. The size of the map shall not be less than twelve (12) inches by eighteen (18) <br /> <br />inches. All subdivision maps shall be drawn at a scale of one inch equals one hundred (100) feet, <br /> <br />unless otherwise required by the City Council. <br /> <br />The preliminary plan shall contain the following information: <br /> <br />Subd. I Identification and Description: <br /> <br />A. Proposed name of subdivision, which name shall not duplicate or be alike in <br /> <br />pronunciation or deceptively similar to the name of any plat theretofore recorded <br /> <br />in the county. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />12 - 8 <br />
